Experienced Personal Injury And Workers’ Compensation Lawyer
I focus my practice protecting your rights to receive optimal compensation for personal injury claims and for workers’ compensation benefits. I help the injured seek damages and injured workers file for workers’ compensation benefits.
If you have been injured by the carelessness of another, you are entitled to seek compensation benefits under Georgia law. Whether it was a car accident, a slip-and-fall accident or an injury at work, rely on a personal injury attorney who is on your side. I have recovered damages for hundreds of clients and will fight hard for you.
Employers have a duty to maintain safe workplaces and to pay for a worker’s medical care when an injury occurs. If injured workers need time off to heal, they are entitled to a portion of their wages until they are able to return to work. Workers’ compensation cases may include obtaining a hearing on denied claims or seeking additional damages from negligent third parties.
Why Choose Me For Your Workers’ Compensation Claim?
Before I became a lawyer, I worked in my family’s construction business. I understand hard work and labor industry jobs. This experience also showed me how important it is to compensate workers following an on-the-job injury, and for our legal system to ensure that injured workers receive appropriate medical care and compensation.
I know how the other sides thinks. Prior to founding Garner Law Office, P.C., I spent many years working for a large insurance defense firm that represented the employer and their insurance companies in workers’ compensation cases. This is an advantage that you will not find at many firms. While I will settle cases when appropriate, I will go to trial when necessary. I have extensive trial experience and have litigated some of the most complex legal issues in workers’ compensation law.
Are You Facing A Speeding Ticket Or DUI Charge?
I understand how tough it can be to handle serious traffic citations on your own. If you do not contest the ticket in court, you could be facing high fines and increased insurance rates. If you have been arrested for DUI in Georgia, you may be contending with a mandatory minimum penalty of a fine and 24 hours in jail. If convicted, the judge could hand down a sentence for up to one year in jail, $1000 fine, license suspension or revocation, installation of an ignition interlock device and alcohol and drug education or substance abuse evaluation. If your job involves driving, you could lose your job.
Working with an experienced lawyer can make a significant difference in the outcome of your traffic issue. I can help you explore your legal options. I will fight to protect your rights to a fair and just outcome.

Rooted In The Community
I love my community and cherish our legacy as a place known for preserving the small-town atmosphere. Dallas is located in Paulding County, which was founded in 1832, and is named after a Revolutionary War hero, John K. Paulding. Dallas became the county seat in 1851, and is named after George Mifflin Dallas, who was a former Vice-President of the United States.
Garner Law Office, P.C., occupies a building on Main Street that is over 100 years old and was originally a pharmacy. During renovations, medicine and other types of bottles were unearthed. Those bottles are currently on display in the lobby of my law firm.
